Selection "Next" at the bottom of the window opens a new window indicating "Account successfully updated". This window does not contain the IMAP or POP fields thus no entries are possible. "Your Name" and "Account name" fields contain correct information. When selecting "Change" in Outlook 2019 Email Accounts, a window opens titled IMAP Account Settings. You may now consider this help request closed. Outlook should now be functioning correctly. Select OK at the bottom, then the " Next" button and the auto-test function will test the server connections and send a Outlook Test Message. Enter the IMAP and SMTP Port settings and select the SSL/TLS encryption selections from the pulldown for each Port. In the next window that opens, select " Advanced" tab. Then select the " More Settings" button on the lower right side of the window. After selecting "Change Account" in Control Panel Email Accounts, the window for entering the I/O server and password information opens and must have the "Require SPA" box checked at the bottom left of the window. First, the email account settings must be addressed through Windows Control Panel which opens additional windows/fields that are not accessible from the Outlook Account Settings menu. However, a couple of steps in the instructions provided do not follow the method identified by Microsoft Technical Support. I appreciate the suggestions from each of you who responded.
